Refund Policy

1. Advance Tuition Commitment

Balaji Krafts & Tutorials maintains strictly limited batch sizes to ensure individualized attention for every child. Consequently, tuition fees are collected in advance to reserve the student’s seat, cover printed study material costs, and allocate batch schedule hours.

2. Non-Refundable Fee Components

Except as explicitly outlined below, fees are non-refundable once an academic term or monthly cycle commences:

• Admission & Registration Charges: Non-refundable administrative charges incurred during enrollment.
• Monthly Tuition Dues: Non-refundable once the first session of the active calendar month or term has taken place.
• Digital Portal & Worksheet Access: Because digital worksheets, answer keys, and recorded lessons are provisioned immediately, portal fees cannot be refunded once an account is activated.

3. Duplicate or Accidental Payments

In the event of duplicate transactions, erroneous UPI excess payments, or technical banking glitches during fee submission, the extra amount will be promptly refunded back to the originating bank account within 5–7 business days following payment verification.

4. Exceptional Circumstances (Prior to Batch Commencement)

If a parent requests cancellation in writing at least 48 hours prior to the start of the student's very first batch session (e.g., due to sudden family relocation or school transfer), tuition fee refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis, subject to a nominal administrative processing deduction.
