1. Enrollment & Batch Allocation
Admission to tuition batches (Class 1 to 12 CBSE & ICSE) is confirmed upon successful verification of registration details and receipt of the applicable tuition fee. Due to our limited-batch policy, batch timings and seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Advance Fee Payment Policy
Tuition fees are strictly payable in advance before the commencement of each billing cycle (monthly, term, or annual batch cycle). Payments must be initiated via approved UPI handles or verified bank accounts, followed by the submission of the transaction confirmation receipt.
3. Portal Account & Security Credentials
Access credentials to the student portal are personal, non-transferable, and assigned exclusively to the enrolled student. Sharing login details with non-enrolled individuals is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate deactivation of portal access without refund.
4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Notice
All educational assets—including physical worksheets, chapter tests, video solutions, digital PDFs, and custom curriculum outlines—are the intellectual property of Balaji Krafts & Tutorials. Stamped digital copies are licensed solely for the personal academic study of the designated student. Reproducing, uploading to public drives, or redistributing materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited under Indian Copyright Law.
5. Student Code of Conduct & Attendance
Students are expected to arrive punctually for offline classes, bring their designated worksheets, and respect instructors and peers. While portal backups exist for missed sessions due to illness or school exams, continuous unnotified absenteeism may lead to parental review.
6. Center Details & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with tuition services or portal usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
